This is a house designed and located to enjoy the full benefit of sunshine and the significant seasonal changes which occur in the area’s microclimate. Hardwood post, cedar fascias and natural stone finishes, powder-coated aluminium double-glazed windows and cedar doors mean minimal maintenance.

Interior planning allows comfortable use by owners’ yet adequate provision for guests. The conservatory at one end of the house is a major design feature with Victorian tiles, glass walls and roof while the upper floor study/library looks down over a large living room which includes a large open fire. The finishing’s throughout adding a warm comfortable feeling to the house.
